Magazines received under a Subscription Plan

Anytime during the life of your subscription, in the unlikely event that we fail to live up to your expectations and you are unhappy with us and/or our service, we will provide you a refund, with our sincere apologies. Any deliveries that have been paid for but not sent out by us will be refunded*.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by selecting the cancel option available on your profile page that can be accessed once you login using your registered email id and password.

Magazine purchased from In Store

Apologies, but items shopped from In Store are considered final sales and no cancellations are available for the magazines purchased from In Store.

DAMAGED MAGAZINES

Magazines received under a Subscription Plan


We are happy to accept returns of magazines, which are damaged in transit and exchange them for another copy of the same magazine depending on its availability.

For return of the damaged magazine, please write in to us at subscriber@joinpaperplanes.com within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you and we will coordinate the return/exchange of the magazine. In the event we cannot provide you a replacement copy because of unavailability, we will refund* you the subscription charge for the relevant month.

For the purpose of return, you will be required to courier the damaged copy in a secure and waterproof postal bag to us at the address provided to you. While unfortunately, the cost of delivery for returns are not refundable, we are most happy to provide the cost of delivering the replacement magazine (subject to its availability) to you, anywhere in India.

Apologies, but items shopped from In Store are considered final sales and no exchanges and refunds are available for the magazines purchased from In Store.

MISSING MAGAZINES

Please do make sure that you provide your complete postal delivery address at the time of subscribing/purchasing. Subscribers should update any changes in the delivery address, by editing their profile page that can be accessed by logging-in using their registered email id and password, at the earliest so as to ensure that no magazines are sent out to the wrong delivery address. For items shopped from our In Store, any changes in the address should be intimated at the earliest. We ship all items shopped from our In Store within 48 hours of the purchase online. However if the items purchased have been dispatched, we cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.

We ship all magazines via EMS Speed Post. Delivery time on an average is between 5 to 7 working days.

If your magazines do not arrive within the above time frame, please inform us by writing to us at subscriber@joinpaperplanes.com (incase you are a subscriber) or info@joinpaperplanes.com (in case you are not a subscriber and have purchased magazine(s) from our In Store), and we will coordinate with our courier partner to track your parcel and update you accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We propose to use EMS Speed Post services for the delivery of our parcels. Given that the parcels may be bulky in size, they are likely not to fit in a normal size post box, and therefore we strongly recommend you, to provide a secure daytime delivery address (say, your office address) wherever possible so that your items get delivered when you are present or someone on your behalf is present to take the delivery.

*Refunds: In case you have paid using credit card/debit card/netbanking, the refund amount will be transferred in the same mode as was used by you for the payment. If the mode of payment was cheque or demand draft, refund amount will be transferred through NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. We will contact you for your bank account details.

Please allow up to 15 working days for any refunds to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund.
