A groundbreaking style magazine for modern men, Fantastic Man is a bi-annual men's fashion magazine from Netherlands, launched in 2005.
The 26th issue of Fantastic Man is a feast of communities, collectives and notable citizens. Just like its predecessors, this issue is packed with stories and features from noteworthy men from across the world, including a network of New Yorkers, handsome German neighbors and a young man in Paris.
Fantastic Man lives up to the expectations its title carries; with its issues defying the norms of fashion magazines; remodeling men’s-wear clichés and pushing the realms of masculinity beyond beards and tattoos. It does not shy away from replacing models and actors with ‘real’ men including the likes of the brilliant director LUCA GUADAGNINO who's upcoming movie 'Call Me By Your Name' was the official entry for the 2017 Sundance Festival and the revolutionary dancer/choreographer WILLIAM FORSYTHE. The magazine’s has daringly challenged its conventional celebrity cover stance and this time the cover is graced by the ordinary extra-ordinary; the seafaring men of Peniche, Portugal. Alongside the amazing artist GRAYSON PERRY and painter LUCIEN SMITH, making an appearance in issue 26 are the musician PERFUME GENIUS, photographer JAMIE HAWKESWORTH, artist EDDIE PEAKE and chef and scion of the A.P.C. dynasty PIERRE TOUITOU.
