An attempt to understand culture, Special Request is a London based contemporary arts and culture journal.
Four years after its first issue “Food”, the much awaited second issue focuses on the theme 'television'. The latest volume includes thoughts from when you are On Air, and a photo story on the misconstrued ideas of love due to sensationalism and romanticism in movies. Photography by Bruno Drummond and Mark Sethi, it features brilliant pieces by acclaimed writers including the likes of novelist Haruki Murakami, and short story writer Ben Loory.
