Storycity: Building Bombay (Revised Edition)

The Storycity project is a project by Kahani Designworks, an award-winning graphic design and communication studio from Mumbai, India. The project attempts to map their learnings with thoughtful research and share it with people through inspiring books and guides. ‘Building Bombay’ is one of the publications by Storycity.

BUILDING BOMBAY (Revised Edition)

This new and revised edition of Building Bombay comes with an A3 size map, a stylish notebook, and a pair of illustrated souvenir cards. In the handy map, you will find an introduction to 25 buildings between the Gateway of India and Crawford Market that chart the city’s journey from small fortress town to global metropolis. Take in the Indo-Saracenic civic structures, Neo-Gothic neighbourhood around the university, or Art Deco vistas around the Oval – the public buildings, private offices and parks all tell a story of how this city came to be.
